How you sub!
Now keep in mind everyone's press and printers are different so you may have to tweak to perfect your prints.

Oven:

175 Celsius (350 Fahrenheit)
12-14 mins
turn half way to avoid hot spots

Press:

185 Celsius (365 Fahrenheit)
single sided design 190 second
full wrap 95 seconds spin and another 95 seconds
Do not use extreme firm pressure
